Entry Requirements
- Be over 19
- Have either 4 GCSEs at grades 9-3 (A*-D) (English and maths desirable) OR a Level 1 qualification.

Assessment
Practical and written assessment set by the awarding body and one formal exam for Food Safety (unless previously achieved).

This qualification can help you to progress in your career as a pastry chef or to work in a bakery.

Delivery
This course is taught on Orpington Campus on Wednesdays at 4pm to 9pm

Cost and Loans
You will be expected to purchase your own course materials, Chef's kitchen equipment, uniform and text books
